Can I order a firearm or ammunition online?
The law does not allow distance sales of category A, B and C firearms, their main parts, suppressors or ammunition for them (Section 14a of Act No. 190/2003 Coll.). You can reserve them without obligation and buy them in the store upon presentation of the required documents. Category D firearms that may be sold at a distance (e.g. airsoft guns, air guns up to 17 J, crossbows) are shipped to persons over 18 after age verification (Art. 5 of the terms and conditions).

When will my order arrive?
We dispatch goods in stock or prepare them for collection within 2 working days of accepting the order, or, for payment in advance, of the payment being credited. GLS usually delivers within Slovakia in 1–2 working days.

Is the item really in stock?
For each product we show availability by store ("In stock in Prešov", "In stock in Bratislava"). You can order at most as many pieces as are in stock; for sold-out items you can switch on a back-in-stock notification.

Can I collect my order in person?
Yes, in our store in Prešov (Pod Táborom 37B) or Bratislava (Betliarska 9). We will send you a message when your order is ready; we hold a prepared order for 7 days.

How can I pay?
By bank transfer in advance, cash on delivery (Slovakia only, free of charge) or in cash or by card when collecting in the store.

Can I return goods?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason – the easiest way is the "Withdraw from the contract here" link in the page footer. Details are in Art. 9 of the terms and conditions.

How do I make a complaint?
Using the "Complaints" form on the website, by e-mail to predajna@zbranepresov.sk or in any of our stores. The procedure is set out in the Complaints Procedure.

Buying for a company?
Select "I am buying for a company" in the order and enter your Company ID (IČO). You can apply for a wholesale account by e-mail.
